There is no reason to yell at anyone, except when you have to yell, "LOOK OUT! THERE'S A BUS BEHIND YOU!" And that's not a temporary problem. People who yell at others simply have no self-control and need help. People who yell at others think they have a right to do so. (Berendt Greg)
